How do I pay for my booking?
After you enter the travellers’ details you get a 1Bill consumer number. Pay it from any banking app, JazzCash, Easypaisa, an ATM or over the counter before the time shown. We confirm your seats with the airline as soon as the payment arrives.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
The price includes taxes. We check it with the airline before you enter any details. If the airline changes it, we show you the new total and you decide whether to continue.
Which documents do I need?
For international flights, a passport valid for at least 6 months after your trip. For flights inside Pakistan, a CNIC (or a passport). Enter names exactly as they appear on the document.
Can I change or cancel my ticket?
Every fare has its own change and cancellation rules, and you can read them before you book. For changes or refunds after booking, call or WhatsApp our helpline.
What happens if I do not pay in time?
The booking is released and the seats go back to the airline. You can search again for current fares at any time.
